The best advice I can...I love Zumba and Body Pump. The best advice I can give you is to try different things until you find something you enjoy (not just something you can tolerate). I enjoy going to Zumba...I like my instructors, I've made friends with the other people in my class, I look forward to "Zumba Days" and get pretty cranky and upset if something comes up and I'm not able to go.
